Behavior and togetherness in the workadventure during Internationalism Festival°2

We want all participants to treat each other with solidarity and respect. We use Workadventure so that, despite the online implementation, encounters are easier. However, not every participant wants to interact in the same way. Even if everything seems playful, the avatars are representing real people!

If you don’t want to be seen or heard automatically, you can permanently turn off your camera and microphone in the workadventure and enable them once you want to use them.

You can also report and block avatars. If you block an avatar, it will not be able to contact you and the cameras and microphones will not automatically turn on when you are in the same location. If you report an avatar, our administrators will be informed directly and we can ban the avatars from the workadventure.

To do this, you have to click on “report” in the private contact with the corresponding person either in the chat or in the video image on the small red flag at the bottom right of the image. It is important that you enter the name of the avatar and the reason for your report so that we can react to it.

In case you want to get in touch with a person from the Festival Orga Team, please meet us at the infopoint. If you feel disturbed, someone behaves in a bad way, you need help or something similar, we will try to help as best as we can.

The following exclusion clause applies for the entire period from June 2-6:

Excluded from the event are persons who belong to neo-Nazi parties or organizations, are associated with the neo-Nazi scene, or are known for sexist, racist, nationalist, anti-Semitic or other inhumane statements in the past. The organizers reserve the right to make use of their domiciliary rights and to deny these persons access to the event or to ban them accordingly.
